1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "365gl" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 365gl.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account management systems.
• "Platform" means the 365gl website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated digital applications or services through which 365gl games and services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a 365gl account, or who otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 365gl Platform, through which the Player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 365gl account wallet, including any deposited funds and credited bonus funds held separately in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account in connection with a promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via supported Philippine payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate total amount a Player must wager using eligible Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by 365gl in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which 365gl accounts are denominated.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time by 365gl.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 365gl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to casino-style gaming activities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 365gl Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited, and that you are not acting on behalf of any person for whom access to online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 365gl account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information;
• Create a secure password for your account;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 365gl employee in a role with access to platform operations.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 365gl account at any time. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 365gl employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently suspended, and all balances, including Real Money Funds deposited, may be forfeited at 365gl's discretion.

2.5 Verification

365gl may at any time request that a Player complete or repeat the KYC verification process. This may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame following a request may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 365gl login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third party's account on the 365gl Platform. 365gl will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or chat — any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately via the Platform's support channels.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details before you lose access to the original number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing transactions or inability to recover account access.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your 365gl account, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified 365gl in advance of unauthorized access. 365gl shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

365gl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to the current options displayed on the Platform at the time of your transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 365gl is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as specified on the deposit interface and in associated payment method documentation. 365gl reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Payment Integrity

All funds deposited to your 365gl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — whether owned by family members or other individuals — is strictly prohibited. 365gl may request evidence of payment method ownership as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits found to originate from third-party payment instruments may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only Real Money Funds — that is, funds deposited by the Player that have not been designated as or commingled with unfulfilled Bonus Funds — are eligible for withdrawal at any time. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are only eligible for withdrawal after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

5.2 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 365gl reserves the right to require a Player to complete the full KYC process before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification may be held pending completion of that process.

5.3 Processing Times

365gl targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 60 seconds in most cases; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. Processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals or during high-volume periods. 365gl is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365gl account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted. 365gl reserves the right to return withdrawal funds to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotion-Specific Terms

Every promotion offered by 365gl is subject to promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The promotion-specific terms govern minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering multipliers, time limits for fulfillment, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings, and any other conditions specific to that promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements — game contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion documentation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

365gl operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfill Wagering Requirements while minimizing genuine gaming activity; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus credits; and any other behavior deemed by 365gl to constitute exploitation of its promotional offerings. Where bonus abuse is identified, the affected account will be suspended and all associated bonus balances, along with any winnings derived therefrom, will be voided.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

365gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honor the terms of any promotion already accepted by a Player at the time of modification or withdrawal.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 365gl Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagers placed.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, disconnection events, or display errors that result in the incorrect presentation of game outcomes, 365gl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. A technical malfunction voids all associated pays. This policy applies to all game types on the 365gl Platform including live dealer games, slots, and bingo.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are subject to additional rules specific to each game type. Live game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning processes and are final once confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the video recording of the relevant session will serve as the primary evidence. Bets placed on live tables are confirmed and irrevocable once the betting period has closed.

7.4 Disconnection During Play

If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game session, the game will resolve according to its predetermined rules where applicable. For live dealer games, bets already placed prior to disconnection will be settled according to the live game outcome. 365gl is not responsible for losses attributable to Player-side internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 365gl Platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to access or interact with games, promotions, or account functions;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365gl staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing minors under the age of 21 to access or use your 365gl account.

365gl reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities — in response to any of the above prohibited activities.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

365gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Responsible gaming tools are available to all 365gl account holders directly from the account dashboard and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, reality checks, and self-exclusion.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to the 365gl Platform may activate self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from 24-hour cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, 365gl will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing gaming services during the exclusion period, including preventing marketing communications during the exclusion period.

9.3 Assistance

If you believe your gaming activity has become harmful to your wellbeing or the wellbeing of those around you, 365gl encourages you to seek assistance. You can find additional information and resources relevant to Filipino players on the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming page and through organizations such as the Philippine Problem Gambling Foundation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365gl Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and platform architecture, is the intellectual property of 365gl or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 365gl. Unauthorized use of 365gl intellectual property may give rise to legal claims for infringement.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

365gl does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. 365gl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11.2 Limitation on Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365gl's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall 365gl be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 Force Majeure

365gl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or third-party payment processor outages.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data in connection with your 365gl account is governed by the 365gl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 365gl account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time. The Privacy Policy is available at 365gl.cam/privacy-policy.

365gl processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request closure of their 365gl account at any time by contacting 365gl support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Termination by 365gl

365gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player is found to have provided false or misleading registration or KYC information; the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; 365gl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or 365gl determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued provision of services to that Player is inconsistent with its legal or compliance obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player's account by 365gl for cause, 365gl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation of the circumstances giving rise to termination. Where termination follows a finding of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, the entire balance associated with the account — including Real Money Funds — may be forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

365gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or via SMS to registered mobile numbers, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept any amendment, they should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close their account prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the 365gl Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 365gl arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 365gl's customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms communicated to the Player from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between 365gl and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to that subject matter.
